All orders and purchases will be delivered and shipped from Cycle Works North Bay, located at 593 John Street in North Bay, Ontario. Orders will be packed and coordinated during business hours.

Bicycle Delivery

Local delivery of bicycles can be made within the City of North Bay. Delivery fees may be determined based on postal code or township. Bicycles cannot be shipped.

Shipping

Cycle Works North Bay offers ground shipping purchased items (excluding bicycles) within Canada. Shipping rates will be applied upon placing the order or upon finalization of purchase.

Returns and Refunds

There is a 30 day return policy on most items, excluding final sale items. Tools must be sealed in original packaging and clothing must be unworn with original tags on.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and may not be returned or refunded:

• Gift cards

• Nutrition or food items

• Cycling shorts

• Clothing that has been worn
